My office (aka the therapy forest) is located near Benton Park in St. Louis, MO. My office is ADA accessible and has gender neutral restrooms for the comfort of all. Accessibility info/COVID precautions: there is a double door with no steps and an elevator, and another entrance with one flight of stairs. I use a HEPA air purifier inside of my office, and wear a mask in sessions during high exposure waves of the COVID-19 pandemic. I am vaccinated, updated on the most recent COVID-19 booster, and only meet with vaccinated clients in-person.

Welcome to the Therapy Forest.

I offer in-office, walk & talk, virtual, and hybrid therapy options to Missourians. I have received advanced training and am certified in EMDR, an evidence-based trauma therapy which you can learn more about here. I am also trained in Exposure Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD and specialized in working with OCD.

Feel free to look around and learn a little more about me and my practice, but here is a short overview about who I work with.

I work with individuals 16+ who are currently residing in Missouri. My clients describe me as gentle, yet direct. I find that many of my clients have overcome so much in their lives, though need some time and space to caregive for themselves. It can feel really hard and vulnerable to reach out for help, and regardless of if we end up working together I’m glad you are taking this step!

I identify as a queer, neurodivergent, highly sensitive person (HSP); many of my clients share these identities, although I welcome people of all identities to my practice. My practice is LGBTQIA+, sex worker, poly & kink affirming.
