I offer in-office, walk & talk, virtual, and hybrid therapy options to clients 18+ located in Missouri & Illinois. I have received advanced training and am certified in EMDR, an evidence-based trauma therapy which you can learn more about here. I am also trained in incorporating horses into EMDR, via a modality called Equilateral, or Equine-Assisted EMDR.
